While I am surprised that a mistake like this would have been made, I applaud any automaker that voluntarily recalls cars after finding a potential problem and owns up to their mistakes. I like a company that takes responsibility like that and it makes me respect Porsche.

Seems like the gargantuan, oversized pickup market is pretty saturated. Maybe make a small pickup with a large bed, smaller cab (don’t need to seat 6 people), very good MPG and affordable.

And in that 4,400 lbs you get AWD in a massive TT V8 sedan with tons of luxury amenities, that doesn’t sound too bad to me. It’s not supposed to be a stripper sports car. It’s a very nicely appointed luxury sedan that can rip shit up.

Since next year could very well be his last, I hope he wins the championship. I know how unlikely that is, for a lot of reasons. I still want it to happen.
