Especially competitive Smash players

yeah, using the cop in the pic is pretty shameful click bait.

The muddy PS5 should be the main image.

Look I am all for fuck the police, but putting a police officer as the main picture for an article with the title

imagine throwing your life away for a damn PS5.

“What are you in for?”
“Breaking and entering. You?”
“Ratchet and Clank”

Meanwhile Elite: Dangerous has been out in full-retail for 7 years as of next month, despite being just as ambitious except in scale... Because instead of one or two sad planetary systems, Elite has a 1:1 simulation of the entire Milky Way Galaxy’s 400,000,000,000+ star systems.

Not to mention the fact that LoL’s community is absolute garbage. Why should they care about the shittier elements of Riot?

Street Fighter V didn’t sell because even Street Fighter fans didn’t like it. It had horrible reception at launch - bad netcode, a tiny roster, day one microtransactions. If all of that wasn’t bad enough, their core audience wasn’t happy with a number of changes from the previous version - too much input delay, lack

But unfortunately, League’s primary playerbase does not care. And I don’t see this changing.

I take it you never saw the Riot “documentary” on Netflix. They’ve definitely tried to sell that image.

Good on Kotaku for mentioning it in the story, though. Allegations like that shouldn’t fade away from view just because they have a new game to sell.

It’s interesting that Riot Games is generally in the public goodwill despite what’s been going on with them. The same cannot be said for Blizzard of course.

Oh we’re “both siding” bigots who fundamentally believe some humans shouldn’t have the same right to exist as everyone else?

The fear of irrelevance seems to be exactly it in my opinion. All of this just seems like publicity for a special that just wasn’t funny. I actually got through this one because, truth be told, I didn’t find it to be nearly as offensive as the last one. The last one was just so...mean...that it was cringey. When I

Welcome to white male America, they are always given the benefit of a doubt.

Because cops are absolutely fucking useless in being proactive in domestic situations like this.  It’s not specific to this situation.

happens literally every day, and practically every time there is a history similar to this one that the cops were well aware of but did nothing about.    Probably because studies show 40% of cops are domestic abusers themselves.

Sadly, that’s completely normal. Most women who get killed by an ex typically have this histories of complaining to cops, being stalked, etc and cops like “well not done anything too bad yet” until finally they die.

Its a large reason of why so many crimes against women go unreported.  Rapes, abuse, etc.  Or why

I will never understand how someone with a child could think murdering the other parent would be anything but the worst kind of trauma for that kid. Especially knowing you are likely going to be caught making your kid effectively an orphan.

It takes a really weak man to take the life of someone else because he can’t deal with disappointment
