You're right.However, it says Big Boss/David. The latter is Solid Snake's name so there is some confusion (Big Boss's name is Jack). Why not use Richard Doyle again for Big Boss?

In the Japanese versions, all Snakes (Naked, Solid & Solidus) except Liquid are voiced by the same voice actor; Akio Ōtsuka. Liquid was voiced by Banjō Ginga while Big Boss from MGS4 was voiced by Chikao Ōtsuka (Akio's father).

That "Kept you waiting, huh?" lacks the usual kick. That said, Kiefer Sutherland was great in the E3 trailer.
