Because some people genuinely want it and it's arrogant to think everyone thinks exactly the exact same way.

You go look at amazon and xbox one is the #2 bestseller right now for video games section, second to ps4 (no numbers other than place). So clearly some people are looking forward to the xbox one.

Because maybe some people want both?

For what it's worth, Microsoft did have what was far and away the best game showing of any conference at E3. More new games and exclusives than any other conference combined. And they were from some of the best developers (CAPY! REMEDY!) in the business.

Brawl did. I imagine they’ll add something to this one although I expect it to be less ginormous than the Brawl story mode.

I haven't played smash bros since the GC version. Will this game have that story mode where you play as all the different characters in different worlds? I think a mega man stage would be fun especially if the boss battle is a fight against Zero.

Good comment; I think a lot of what we're seeing is the loud fringe that don't usually make educated decisions on their own, but listen to what everyone else says and go with the flow. I thought the MS conference was good as well, and as a big fan of the 360 over the PS3, I was hoping they'd do something to keep me.…

Not everyone plays those games. In fact, many in the industry play primarily sports games. Don't assume everyone has the same opinion as you. It makes you come off as a real dick.

So how is this different from Xbox One now? I gotta admit I feel like they completely lied to us. Yeah the online requirement isn't there but the fact that they have the ability to do this at all is extremely misleading to what we were told last night.
