Have you actually played Super Mario World on the snes? I can't possibly imagine anyone not enjoying that game, unless they just flat-out detest the genre, videogames or good things.

So you dynamically set the max level of detail depending on how many characters are on-screen. It's not impossible, unless you have a shitty engine or you are too lazy or simply do not care enough to implement the change.

I think your math is off. I'm getting around 5.9 trillion miles traveled by light in a year. So that would make that galaxy about .002 light years away, which basically means it would be in the midst of a catastrophic collision with our galaxy and we would probably be quite dead.

It's not surprising tho, it was released during the holidays, a week after Monster Hunter Tri G was released for the 3DS...

I attacked every chest I found in the game even before I knew there were fake monster chests in the game. I was literally that paranoid on my first play through. When I reached that chest in Sen's fortress, I felt so... vindicated. All this time, distrusting chests, it wasn't for nothing! It felt so great. :p

I made it past them on my first try, without the ring or fog or anything fancy. Just ran for it, rolled once I was on the top, and smacked their face with my awesome upgraded Black Knight Sword.

But having them spaced out adds to the tension and makes finding them that much more rewarding.
