I counter your "best candy bar" with another Cadbury creation: the Fuse bar. It was basically a combination of all the things you want in a candy bar, chunked up and shoved into a solid bar of chocolate. They quit making it, and I still haven't forgiven them.

First of all, it does not say anywhere that this video is in West Virginia. Secondly, please stop perpetuating stereotypes about poor West Virginians. I have lived there, and while many people are poor, that does not mean that they do not understand the basics of wedding attire.
