Oh I thought the Sherlock/Mycroft interaction was some of the best writing of the show. The shaving scene and the board games scene—really great.

I loved Lestrade's reaction as well. I thought it was the best! I think I rewound to watch it eight times. (I also thought the first 40 minutes or so were well executed...the last 30 minutes or so borrowed a bit too heavily from V for Vendetta for my taste, but overall it was good fun.

As much as I hate these comments, I kind of like that they're actually saying them aloud instead of just working toward the associated policies. If the GOP insists on scaring away LGBT folks, people of color, women, and all the straight white dudes who support those people, they're going to eventually end up with a

You are very much not. I fluctuate between: "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, SIT THE FUCK DOWN" and "HAHAHHAHHA, Please Keep Talking."

Especially crazy since her character is the biggest Johnlock shipper of all!!

Exactly! It was like... like the family was complete. It was wonderful.

I still cannot believe that Lupita didn't win. What world are we living in? And Chiwitel not winning left me speechless.

American Hustle got more attention than I thought it deserved; 12 Years a Slave didn't get enough (it's the best picture, but doesn't have the best directing, acting, or screenplay?).

Sorry, Kerry looks awful - she needs to borrow the pregnancy style of Jessica Alba:

I don't know if my TV could handle that much forehead without breaking.

A+, Fitzsimmons. Excellent statement.

I'm responding because it sounds like you genuinely may never have considered these questions from a more "extreme" point of view, and are not trying to troll. If that is the case, I applaud your open-mindedness.

My reaction so far:

The people at the top do realize that they are decreasing the overall accessibility and quality of women's health care, and they don't give a shit. In fact, it's a good thing in many of their eyes - keep women down so they can't continue to rise in the corporate world, politics, etc. The more difficulty we women
