My neurologist has been trying to get me to take on yoga for a couple of years now, but I feel even more on display in a yoga studio than in most group exercise classes I've been to. I guess I haven't found the right studio - one that is both convenient and not too expensive.

To savor the FNL goodness, we waited until now to dig up the last season from the depths of our Tivo's storage. I wish we could do spoiler tags here because I have a question about something that a character underwent (off screen) and then when he/she reveals it she/he is so very, very vague and I just don't understand what was done. Why not? Vaccinations, you must know, are often combination vaccine shots. Malaria and Hep B aren't combined, but tetanus and pertussis are. This isn't to say you can't get the vomiting grossness with influenza, but I just wanted to share that I was so, so, SO upset to hear that the flu shot didn't cover stomach viruses. That needs to be rectified!
