how would you rate the game? i was thinking about getting something to focus on..

i dunno yo.. from what i've seen thus far (from what square enix has shown) it looks pretty cool! i love hk crime movies so hope it has a badass plot and is well written!

Well for what it's worth employment law sucks here in the United Kingdom too.. You're spot on - the longer this draws on, the worse Activision looks.

Actually isn't it approximately $13m to $16m ONLY in bonus payouts? Compensation (claim by West / Zampella; lawsuit for unfair dismissal & the witholding of owed bonuses) is when Activision will feel a giant kick to their crotch (and ego's).

That's what I mean - they more than deserve their respective bonuses - ESPECIALLY considering how much Activision have profited from the damn game!
