I dont see any of those far reaching implications as at all coming close to the havoc the current system is wreaking on the real estate market. Also, entire multi-unit buildings could still be owned by a corporation, just not single units (if it can be sold as a single unit, it has to be owned by a “natural person”).

Huh, that was my experience with the Beyond not the Impossible. I have seen some places switch back and force between Impossible and Beyond without really saying anything. Are you sure you had an Impossible?

It should be made illegal for anything other than a person or persons to own single family homes and apartments/condos. 

I imagine their struggles to stay profitable are 99% caused by the hugely inflated rent they pay for commercial real estate and 1% caused by higher wages.
