I dont know about “open boarders” but I think the best solution would involve the creation of hundreds of thousands (millions?) of temporary work visas, and hundreds of thousands more green cards spots for Central and South Americans. Do that and expand the asylum system and we are getting somewhere.

That isnt how drug testing for marijuana works. Because it stays in your system for so long almost every drug test requires a pretty high level of THC record as a “positive” test.
