The health insurance debacle wont get solved until the public knows as much as reasonable possibly about the problem. That wont happen without far more transparency.

I think its also partly caused by the rising cost of health care. People hardly ever see a doctor regularly anymore. Doctors are becoming insulated and separate from communities. 

What about the previous models? I think he will be priced out of a new one. 

Dont get a convertible. It rains at some point almost every day and I doubt anything in your price range will have a top that is easy and reliable.
