That ending was such hot trash. The show also focused way too much on stupid family drama and mysteries instead of on the house and its history. The relentless monologuing was also exhausting and completely unnecessary.

The cynic in me looks at the data and thinks that the primary driving forces in lower turnouts was the 19th Amendment and the Civil Rights act.
