Almost literally the first thought I had when I saw this contest.

Nothing looks as grumpy as a cat in any kind of headdress.

FF stopped feeling "special" after FFX. That was one of the killer apps for the PS2, and then they released the weird, almost expansion pack-like FFX-2 that did strange, strange things with the Spira universe and characters. Seriously, it felt like fanfiction. Then came FFXI, which was dividing even if it had a good

There's a science to tricking the brain, getting past that wait-this-doesn't-look-quite-real-enough feeling. The higher framerate may be one of the things that bring things over into the Uncanny Valley... So even if higher framerates are truly the future of cinema, it may be that you'll only get there when the rest of

I started replying to you, but then I realized that I wanted to make this a new post altogether. So, um. TL;DR version of the other post: The rest of the viewing experience itself is, at the moment, unreal enough that bringing the framerate closer to reality might bring it into the Uncanny Valley.

Nooo, that's the thing... I DID learn how to snake. It STILL took the fun out of it. I'd like to not spend my MK races constantly wiggling my D-pad back and forth, thank you very much.

If they make it too similar to Dark Souls 1, then the fun of discovery and making sense of the systems is going to be gone for the veterans anyway. Tadaa!

They probably just didn't play WarioWare: Twisted. I have the feeling not a lot of people did. Hell, it wasn't even released in Europe... I got my copy imported through a game store in Glasgow.

Terranigma is almost literally the ONLY reason why anyone would want a PAL SNES over the US SNES. These days it doesn't matter much, thanks to those neat digital flatscreen TV thingamajigs ensuring that games can run the same way everywhere, but back in the SNES days and N64 days - hell, even on most Gamecube and PS2

I've decided that I'll likely love this if I ever do a renegade-focused Mass Effect playthrough. In other words, as part of a new game. As it is... Mmmh. Nah.

Not the download version, from what I've understood. Retail version, yes.

Ahaha, that actually sounds pretty funny.

I had Clem handcuff the zombie, not myself. Because I was not the threat right there and then.
