So hey, Super Street Fighter 4 AE is out.
@The MSJ: She's got a distinctly "derp" expression there.
Dammit, Konami. You realize it's going to take about half an hour after the game is out before someone posts a Youtube video of Snake with penis camouflage.
@starkiller-J: Why would I even look at my DS when I've got my PSP?
@mintycrys: Correction: If you have a last-gen SP with the better screen, don't bother playing GBA games on the DS. If, however, you have the earlier-gen SP with the blue-tinted screen, the DS Lite is a major improvement.
@The Cap'n: You can re-calibrate it, but my DS Lite screen does keep losing just a little bit of precision along the right side, like it gets calibrated a liiiittle more to the left over time.
@Xeo: Apparently Cody has a way easier time just by virtue of not being nerfed damage-wise and gaining a 3-frame crouching kick. Oh, and his crappiest matchups got nerfed. Hooray!
@Xeo: And according to the ongoing discussion, Yang is pretty much top tier too. Just not AS top tier as Yun or Fei. And apparently not as brainless as "oops I got in now you get to guess between five different options and if you guess wrong you have to do it again" Yun.
@Dedwan Innuendo: You buy a fighting game to play through the arcade mode, thus "finishing" the game?
@The 72 Year Old Pit Viper: Just be sure to investigate ways to SPEND your money on stuff that helps you permanently in the main city, and/or getting a bigger wallet. Seriously, the game throws money at you like no other Zelda games beside it, and I wound up frustrated as I walked around with a maxed-out wallet…
@TheSonicGamerFL: With 60 gigs, there might be some old game installs you can delete. That's how I've been coping (until I've finished my second run of Demon's Souls, at which point I WILL be getting a bigger HD).
@Ueziel: Yeah, I haven't gotten that far through Ghost Recon yet, but I discovered the lethality of Banshee's knife very, VERY soon. It's funny how the fragile lady with a knife is the one who takes down the most people in any mission I do.
@jezz.torrent: Fucking shitty-hell yeah, I'm goddamned motherfucking jizzing all over myself to actually fucking ram this fucker into the gaping disc tray of my Wii.
@Sentsurugi: The 3DS is backwards-compatible with DS games, yep. The screen resolution is a *little* bit different, so the DS games don't look quite so sharp as they would on a regular DS, but it's still completely playable - and the colors are crisper than on the regular DSes. In some cases (Chrono Trigger, Mario…
While I like my 3DS, and I haven't noticed any marks on my buttons or D-pad yet, I have noticed one noticeable flaw in its design.
@yanipheonu: People don't check back to the same post again if they're not interested in reading more comments. If they just updated the same post with a video, fewer people would actually bother to have a peek.
@chaosyoshimage: I've been playing FF13 and Chrono Trigger on and off, and the battles are really only a little bit easier in FF13, at least if you don't want a regular enemy fight to last twenty minutes.
@ItsBlueNose: There are two pretty good fighters for it. Super Street Fighter 4 is a really good port of the game, and according to Eurogamer, Dead or Alive Dimensions is also awesome.
One Piece is one of my guilty pleasures. It's shamelessly shonen, but it's so much fuuuun...! And, dangit, but the fights are good.
