@excaliburps: Demon's Souls = nerve-wrackingly tense online play.
@reducks: Certainly, that's a valid use of a card. Never mind!
@razzbarry: VIDYAGAEMS!
@mithrilfox: I buy games I want mostly when I find'em cheaply. Trouble is, there's too many of them, and I don't play games enough to get through everything. Thus, there's a big stack of games sitting in my livingroom that I haven't even started.
@reducks: Yes, thank GOODNESS you didn't have to spend money on it, huh? Because that would be a shame, with all that talking and stuff.
@Prime046: The black/white tendency world events have been part of the game from the start, really. They just occasionally force the whole online gameworld into either of them... Right now, world tendency is affected by players' actions.
@BigDikJohnson: Keep in mind this is Japan, where the Yen is currently strong. That price is overly inflated compared to the value for a Japanese buyer.
@DragonNinjaPirate: ... What DOES count as Mario/DK universe canon in your eyes? Sure, the Zelda series has a canon of SOME sort, but even that's half-assed, and you have to ignore several games for it to make sense.
@bjorked: Pauline could've been Mario's woman, if she didn't go and have plastic surgery and a name change.
@ChewyChavezIII: Gotta love an instinct that allows a gorilla to get shot out of free-floating barrels.
@HowardC: "In DK he escapes from the zoo and kidnaps a pretty girl. Perfectly normal behavior for a gorilla."
@mdo7: Ooh! Ooh! I've got one too.
@Zrorro: The bananas, they-a let you age.
For some reason, the start of the video instantly made me flashback to this.
Ooh, I like that.
@navi1101: You want something that's the opposite of a JRPG. Take an action game of some sort. Maybe Space Invaders Extreme will do you well?
@Ars_Diaboli: It's a good weapon in-game that doesn't take a heck of a lot of stats to use and doesn't weigh you down, and it can hold its own against most other weapon types. Lag makes some weapon types (hello, spear) useless anyway, so I can definitely see why it's so popular. It's kind of the catch-all.
If anyone in Europe with a Wii is still lacking Smash Bros Brawl, it's £8 on Play.com today as part of a one-day sales thingy.
@RedCarmine: A video game tribute is demanded.
