It is from the 2010 study on sexual violence, using the same definition of rape as the CDC. Note that being "forced to penetrate" is not counted as rape.

OK, the idea was to get you to post their definition, think about what you had just typed, and have something of a revelation. But, I guess I'll do it.
"Disproved"
I am missing the part where they address forced penetration. They kinda dance around that subject. Do you have a more concrete explanation? Again, hint: they get it from the CDC.
Cite their definition of rape for me. Hint, it comes from the CDC.
I am asking you to clarify the source you cited. If you cannot do that, then your source is unreliable and I will disregard it.
Don't complain about censorship when you yourself censor what you disagree with. I'm sorry you don't like it, but those are the rules I have laid down for you. If you don't like a discussion on equal footing, you are welcome to leave.
Could you cite for me the definition of rape that RAINN uses, or where they got their definition?
I'm screencapping this for proof of rape apologia.
It's a slow process, as you can see. But, we are in fact making progress. We have forced the FBI to reexamine their definition of rape, and female rapists are slowly being held accountable for their crimes. For the first time, male victims are making the news and the public is (slowly) starting to rally behind them.
Why should the whole of the site be judged by other articles by other people? AVFM has done plenty of good for male victims of many kinds of abuse, including funding shelters for victims.
I have a hard and fast rule about censorship. I will not delete what you say unless you delete my posts first. In that case, I will delete everything you have said and remove you from the discussion.
Whew. That's good to know. I can now fully ignore all of the instances of male rape that get brushed away for ignorant and/or ideological reasons, because the decades of influence on the law by certain ideological groups has been utterly wiped away by a federal definition that no one uses and can be tossed out at the…
And I am hereby dismissing you from this conversation. You will not be allowed to attempt to control the narrative in my thread. Take your femsplaining elsewhere.
Do you not state time and time again that you support male victims? Then put up or shut the fuck up. Also, telling a rape victim that feminism has the monopoly on discussing rape is the definition of femsplaining.
I could ask you guys the same things. We have laws and definitions on the books that specifically define rape as being penetrated (and discount rape by being forced to penetrate another person), which was first put into play by a feminist by the name of Mary P Koss (and backed by NOW) while she was on the board for…
Oh noes.
Or it could be as simple as people caring more when bad things happen to women, especially in circles such as Jezebel. Its called "male disposability."
