Sad to see her go, but given what her character was given in S2, not that shocking. Even sadder is that Euphoria’s lost a pov that millions of girls/people saw themselves reflected in.

Every single photo of him every taken screams “mugshot of a guy caught in the tank of a portable toilet taking Poloroids of girl’s asses.”

It’s always the ones you completely expect.

Wait, Kotaku where have you all been? Arkham World already won game of the year...twice. It’s the best video game there ever was or ever will be.

You tried your best to help people, and you failed so miserably you got sued for $20 million.  The lesson is: Never try.

Issues like this are why I often mentally check out when I hear a game is multiplayer only. At this point it feels like that means it’ll be fun while everyone is figuring it all out, but once “pros” want to take it seriously all the fun starts to get sucked out of the game.
I’d probably get into APEX if I could play

Tom Hanks is wondering what he has to do to get Chet to stop talking to him.

Lesbian or not, it’s clear the author of the review is using her white womanhood to try and become the victim when messaged by a black actress she wrote a review on.

It doesn’t matter how much ‘social power’ someone has if they DM you, because it’s not public unless you make it so. If Billie Eilish slid into my DMs to call me an asshole, I’d be alarmed and confused, but it wouldn’t have the

So the reviewer makes a reductive comment about how the movie is just an advertisement for cleavage, a star from that movie sends a private message joking that if the reviewer had paid more attention to the film than the cleavage, maybe she would have gotten more out of it, and somehow the reviewer is a victim?

i hate Apex for this reason. the skill threshold is so high that trying to ‘git gud’ is flat out painful and unenjoyable. it’s not a fun game to be bad at.

Video games are so weird. Imagine going to the park with a couple of friends to play a pick up game and like 10% of the time an NBA prospect joined in.

I know it's the opposite of the complaint in the article, but they really should just take SBMM out of the damn casual matchmaking. I used to think SBMM people complaining about skill levels were silly, but trying to play Apex regularly lately, feels like I have to clench my cheeks and sweat my ass off to have any

There sweaty try hards ruin every PvP game and when you throw in monetizing streaming its even worse.

Pretty fitting, since crypto scams are just another incarnation of what a lot of shitty kickstarters did: a lot of over-the-top promises, made by people who had little-to-no qualifications and didn’t even know that they were unqualified, with no auditing of the team. Also, just outright scams.

You love to see it.

It’s darkly hilarious that animation basically kept the entertainment industry afloat during the pandemic, and the second things start to resemble the beginning of a return to normalcy, basically every animated project in existence is taken out back and rewarded with a bullet through the back of the skull as

It is amazing how much HBO Max's reputation has been shredded in the past few months. Good work, Zaslav!
