Reminds me of how if you don’t have a save before the last mission in Outer Worlds that you still can’t play the DLC, like me.  I save frequently but for whatever reason I no longer have any from before that mission.

Someone needs to restrain that man and make him watch Tiny Kitchen until he gets a taste for smaller things.

Agreed, it’s the equivalent of releasing a GTA V themed rail shooter.

I played the demo for probably about a half hour, yeah. The performance on handheld was about equally as egregious to my gaming sensibilities as its general adherence to the DW/HW format. Growing up I had a sibling who was super into the series so I have played a bit of several of them and multiple spin-offs like the

That’s certainly fair, they just seemed to be trying to push this more toward the BotW crowd this time so it’s disappointing that it’s not much more than poorly performing window dressing.

Still too much Dynasty Warriors for me.  I’m glad they have the demo because I probably would have bought it before knowing how bad the handheld performance is and how it’s still a lot more Dynasty Warriors than BotW.

Hahaha exactly!

Yeesh

Making something disrespectful to one group because of another’s pearl clutching at the depiction of the objective culture of the first just seems like a bad idea. There is always Korean “backlash” whenever anything Japanese is depicted anywhere, so you either have to decide that you’re going to depict Japanese

Agreed, my main thought was that I’ll never use 7/8 of those features so why not just allow for more apps and folders on the main screen instead of using most of the screen to show “game news” I don’t care about

But they also include the re-introduction of breaking up lobbies after every match so SBMM can screw you more.  No amount of console FOV can fix the mess that Activision is creating -- I long for the days of Black Ops 2 on the Wii U where you could just actually have fun and play some Call of Duty without all of the

Oops! All Kirb-berries

They’ve got the distribution rights and it was directed by Miyazaki. Since Topcraft doesn’t exist anymore and essentially became Studio Ghibli a year after the release of Nausicaa I’d say it’s splitting hairs to insist it isn’t Ghibli-adjacent.

As a fat white man, I also do most of this stuff and my wife (who loves Hamilton even more than I do) is still probably bothered by it, haha

Oh, they cut us about $60 CDN worth of slack.  Less dramatic than it could have been for sure.

$499 US will be at least $649 CDN.  :|  -- I think I can wait on that a while.

No The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari? Maybe a separate list is needed for excellent silent black & white films.

*slow clap*

I wish they did at least a little visual touch-up for the Switch release.  Even just doubling the resolution of the textures could have gone a long way.

I’d like to be able to finish Paper Mario Color Splash on my Switch at some point
