Just praying Netflix or Hulu picks up Brooklyn Nine-Nine

I’ve never heard of people putting the wasabi in the soy sauce, so I guess I’m a step ahead. I knew the ginger was supposed to be a palate cleanser, but I still got some useful tips like ending with a kappa roll and the half-turn for the nigiri.

I went and read some of the new strips and they’re pretty great actually. Might have to start following it.

Doing a dogeza on a bed with a pillow kind of defeats the purpose of the discomfort you’re supposed to be in while prostrating yourself. I think it must be a little tongue in cheek because of the positioning.

It’s more than just 1000 subscribers, you also need a certain very high number of viewing hours to not be demonetized. I had well over 1000 subscribers and still had my channel canned.

Counterpoint: it’s a decent movie but suffers enough from pacing issues, its needlessly non-linear plot, a focus on uninteresting characters instead of their wondrous environment, and having its head up its own allegory’s butt to make it as thought-provoking or entertaining as the likes of greater recent scifi films…

I was going to say this too. Being an ex-Saskatchewanian I think it’s as stupid as America does. Eastern Canada is just weird.

Seems a waste to have someone who already doesn’t like Diet Coke review the new flavours. I’m completely desensitized to the “fake sugar” taste people complain about so I’m quite interested in these.

The last couple Dead Risings have been so bare-bones I can’t even imagine what a “cut back” one would look like.

Game only came out last July. This is why people are afraid of investing (time or money) into new online-reliant games. You have to be darned sure you can obtain and maintain a decently sized gamer base or things like this happen. Not every game is suited to the fee-to-pay model, and not every $80 CDN game needs…

I’m going to have to apologize to Sony now for laughing when the Book of Spells demo tanked at E3 2012. Who knew there was somewhere lower to go from a $40 QR code book.

This is going to be wildly expensive in Canada. Also, I think Nintendo stopped taking its meds again, someone should check under its mattress.

You can’t discount the accessibility aspect of straws either though. They can be handled in a smarter way, sure, but I still think restaurants need to have them at hand even purely as an accessibility device — my wife has cerebral palsy and needs a straw for pretty much every beverage including hot teas and the like,…
