I agree that the dark side of the Rebellion and picking off the characters bef0re we really know them were missteps but my biggest qualm with the film is just the plodding, heel-dragging pace for almost the first two thirds. The only demo I ever invested significant time into was the Crackdown demo on the Xbox 360. The demo was so much fun even just as a limited and time restricted snapshot of the full game, and then I greatly enjoyed the full game as well.
