I'm interested in both games, but Diablo is the only one I'll be buying at launch. As much as I'd like to support Capcom in their risky endeavor, Dragon's Dogma has "Amazon Goldbox in 3 months" written all over it . . . and my funds are very limited. Blizzard games hold their value for a LONG time, so there's…
Hardcore Gaming 101 posted one of their super-comprehensive write-ups on the Jazz Jackrabbit series not too long ago. I learned alot.
I'm in the same boat. I actually bought Tekken 6 for the arcadey beat-em-up side game. I don't really do 3D fighting games, but when I do, DOA is more my jam. That being said, when you win a match and he just laughs like a maniac, or leaps onto his fallen opponent and pummels their face . . . I always crack a…
That statement will need to be qualified with a whole slew of logical statements in order to avoid the inevitable backlash that's a-comin'. (Probably still won't help)
Doc. Citan. My hero.
That makes sense. I can't afford to pay more, which is why these are so tempting to me. I need a pair ASAP as I have to play most games on mute due to the sound affects triggering my wife's anxiety.
I couldn't agree more. I wanted a physical release . . . but I didn't want all of the stuff, or to pay the inevitable inflated cost that a version with said stuff would likely carry.
I've had my eye on these for a while:
I can't help but think that this whole failure revolves around the kickstarter being for a game that there was relatively little demand for in the first place. There's a myriad of Japan-only JRPGs, particularly for handhelds, that people have been clamoring for for years now. Soma Bringer for the DS, or Sega's 7th…
Did anyone play The Dark Spire on the DS? The more I think about it, the game was essentially the lovechild of Demon's/Dark Souls and Wizardry . . . before Demon's/Dark Souls ever came out. HARD AS BALLS, and so atmospherically dark and hopeless. I wouldn't be surprised if both games' development teams shared a…
Totally. I can't tell you how many times I've simply had to turn a game off because it's clear that I won't be allowed to concentrate.
Oh. Me too. They terrified me. Whenever the movie was on, I'd have to hide my eyes, and ask my dad or whoever to tell me when they weren't on screen anymore.
They're mostly just another example of the bizarre phenomenon of people who are famous for simply being rich and famous. They possess no distinguishing talent unless you count good looks, piles of money, and good publicists.
The move is in a sad state, for sure, but it's not technically dead. Sorcery is coming out soon, and it's likely going to be the first party killer app for the peripheral. I know IGN's had some positive things to say about their hands-on time with it recently.
Lucky :(
I'm married. So this is my life.
For the most success on tumblr, you should consider becoming a teenage girl, then dye your hair interesting colors, then post alot about what you've bought at thrift stores and/or Target. The followers will roll right in.
