The Center for American Progress is a “centrist” organization primarily funded by monied interests and the ThinkProgress site is one of the few productive and progressive things they have accomplished. What is called “centrism” here is right wing in every other part of the world.

The most depressing thing I ever saw was in Vegas. I work in manufacturing and was staying at a casino for a conference we were having at one of our locations in Vegas. I came down at 6AM for breakfast before the start of the conference day. I passed a 65+ year old lady on oxygen & smoking playing two slot machines…
