The worst are the ones that are like "it was loud" or "it was raining so I couldn't sit on the patio".

The entire article left a bad taste in my mouth, and that's just putting it nicely.

On Sunday night, the utterly meaningless Miss USA pageant aired, and a soon-to-be-forgotten woman from Nevada won the title.

The point is that the author of the article is equating the average American woman's figure with a "normal" figure; this implies that anything outside of the average is somehow, "abnormal."

Just going to echo a few of the comments here:

Thank you. Well said. The fact that larger numbers of people are growing fatter does not magically make 'fat' into 'normal'.

I am so tired of this. ALL BODIES ARE NORMAL. Yes, the 5-foot-3, 166-pound American woman is your average. Miss Indiana is by no means "average." But she's not an abnormal body with green tentacles and a third eyeball hidden in her hair either. THAT would be abnormal. It seems vaguely insulting to the other

Mekayla Diehl's body is normal. It isn't the average American woman's body, but it is absolutely normal. Her body is not abnormal or unusual.

O.J. Simpson was, at his best, a great running back. Tywin Lannister is, at his best, a gifted writer of letters that will get people betrayed. Pope John Paul was, at his best, talented at protecting pedophiles in a manner that made him appear humble. The Hindenburg was, at its best, a fantastic contraption

This isn't what I come to DadPenis for.

Nice try Kotaku.........

There's this thing called "infrastructure" that we need first. Sure, some people are sitting on wonderful broadband. But there's a lot who aren't.

Speak for yourself. I collect movies, and can say without a doubt that Netflix does not compare to Blu-ray in terms of quality - which is something that matters greatly to me. What happens if Steam (somehow) goes down permanently? All your money spent on digital games that do not physically exist will go down the

As a movie collector, I wholeheartedly disagree. 1080p Netflix != 1080p Blu-ray. I prefer quality over quantity.

That's still no excuse for Microsoft's aggressively anti-consumer policies at a point in time when the United States has the worst broadband infrastructure of any first world country.

But they'll look back at Microsoft trying to ease them into

Your take is so hot, I just burned myself reading it.
