anybody whos not a “bmw person” knows that most of their cars are shit. Its just that there are a lot of loyal fans of the *performance* cars they make. The regular 3 series and whatever else are literally depressing. Same goes for volkswagens, god they are shit but people love them

For 3 years I had the BMW version of these idiotic return-to-center joystick style shifters. I don’t get why car companies make them. My car had 3 fail safe mechanisms not present in the even stupider FCA version:
