I hosted a Parker Posey film fest at my house once - House of Yes, Party Girl... ok it was 5 of us, and there were only two movies, but we did make VIP passes for the event.

I was just thinking about this movie last night when I threw a condom in a trashcan! I too obsessed over this movie as a nerdy girl growing up in Northern Louisiana. She was so fabulous yet deeply flawed character, that made it feel so interesting too.
