Heh, personality definitely plays a huge part in beauty as well. Bettie Page is actually (in my opinion) one of the most beautiful women in the world...and she definitely wasn't of the grotesquely skinny nature we see plastered on magazine covers today...in mix with her great looks, her personality was just

Haha, I think I'm the only person in the world who actually enjoyed The Fifth Element video game (may be a bit biased because I am obsessed with the film). Interestingly enough, the game uses the same engine as well as a lot of assets (graphics, particle effects, sounds, etc.) that was used for the game "Nightmare

Considering she was 21-22 years old when she played her role in The Fifth Element, and the incredible amount of physical fitness she did for the film, I think she was incredibly attractive. The fact that in the end product she kicked-ass all over the place was just icing on the cake.

While one would hope 9,000+ people working on one game would result in a bug-free release, the 9,000+ is actually just divided up into much smaller groups to cover a wide amount of games in current production. Even then, I wouldn't be surprised if people were either consulted or going back and forth between studios

I stopped using and carrying a cellphone/smartphone over two years ago, so add me to the list of people "going to deride a game simply because it's on mobile". At first I was intrigued, because I'm a huge fan of Secret of Mana and Secret of Evermore, but as soon as I saw the word "mobile" I knew there was nothing to

Heh, this is coming out ON my birthday...we rock.

I don't watch or enjoy wrestling either, but I do know that you are a complete idiot.

You never, ever touch the bike.

Huh?

Set during 18th-century Paris, you say? I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for it being the later half of the century, so that we may see an inclusion and exploration of the Catacombs of Paris. In my opinion, this location has an incredible amount of untapped potential within the realm of gaming. From my

You should give the first game in the series, "Tecmo's Deception", a try...it's definitely the most unique out of all of them as it is played from a first person perspective and you get to fully customize the layout of the castle.

The article says this sword was forged...but heating up the tang and hammering it a bit does not constitute a forged sword. I work with a forge, so these types of things bother me :p

Amy Hennig is an incredibly talented writer. She's in-part responsible for one of my favorite stories ever in video games (Soul Reaver), as well as producing or taking part in many other fantastic gems throughout gaming history. Wherever she goes, or whichever studio brings her in, they will be very lucky indeed.

Freaky...I read the "Only...something's gone wrong." bit, then clicked on the link and was immediately slapped in the face by Kinja's 404 error page. I knew it Luke...you can see the future! (Do tell where I can get a pair of them 3-D glasses)

Thanks for the advice! :) It sounds like they changed quite a few of the core mechanics from Demon's Souls. So long as there's good atmosphere (lookin' at you 3-2 Demon's Souls!), and every enemy encounter is a steady approach in strategy, I'm sure I'll have a blast!

I do have to ask though, are invasions still in?

With a series like this though, and especially after playing Demon's Souls, I don't even want the creature designs spoiled for me :p

Ohhh, I want to! I'm hoping I can get a hold of a copy within the next couple of days...Demon's Souls was so damn good, and if Dark Souls is anything like it, I'm pumped!

I want to watch this so bad, but I just finished Demon's Souls (new to the series until a week and a half ago) and am eagerly anticipating a play-through of Dark Souls, so I don't want anything spoiled for when I eventually pick up Dark Souls II.

I think we've discovered the easiest way to find Waldo among a large crowd of people. ...So long as he's still clothed, of course.
