I asked this of Drive Club, too, but is this a newer build than the one at E3?

Is this a newer build than the E3 demo?
Getting flashbacks of trying to clone Pokemon in Gold/Silver/Crystal... sure, I got two Ho-ohs, but I lost my starter in the process.
Really depends on the context of the game, so there's no universal right or wrong answer to it. For example, think of a game with a strong, predefined main character... like Deadly Premonition for example. You play as York, and he's a guy. Why? Because he's York. He's his own person, not your avatar - you're just his…
Jailbreaking? Who needs that? Just trust Big Apple, we won't spy on you via your camera! Oh wait...
This honestly breaks my heart, because Kojima was one of the people who set the standard for a more linear, well-paced, storytelling experience in a game with a majority of the MGS series. Many fans of story-driven games will agree with me when I say that plot pacing and overall story quality inherently suffers when a…
I don't know what's more disgusting - him being imprisoned, or the people (including those on this site) trying to justify it. Let's see how much you like being imprisoned for thoughtcrime whenever you post some online joke that offends the sensibilities of the day. Your only justification is "Well, it's not me!"
Yes, before being dumped and preserved...
They have no credibility whatsoever from any established collecting community, they have no idea how to store their games (often times leaving EPROM chips exposed to the sun - ever wonder why they call the process of erasing ROM "flashing"?), etc.

I honestly think the pacing is getting really out of hand because they're deathly afraid of moving past the manga, which is moving equally slowly (a new chapter comes out like once every month and a half)
They're incorrect. They're forgetting the Pioneer LaserActive, which - with both of the game-related expansion units it required to play all its game titles - cost about $2,100 in 1993.
Wrong again, friend. That just means people will buy less of your $60 digital games.
Just letting you know that you've actively destroyed any sort of community the site had with these decisions. I comment daily and have only had my comments replied two twice in the past 5 months. I used to recieve replies every day.
My most sincere advice: be a complete asshole the entire time. You will be rewarded with many belly laughs.
Oh, that's the dickwolves thing, isn't it? That's old news, something happened AGAIN
This whole thing was, as usual, way overblown, but (also as usual) PA's responses were just as kneejerk and dickish. Everybody in the situation overreacted and the whole thing never should have happened.
FINALLY, a true successor to EDF2017. Insect Armageddon was lame.
Fun fact: this arcade is heavily inspired by the Playstation cult classic "Kowloon's Gate". It was only released in Japan, but still looks wicked awesome.
These are the same people who likely cling to FFIX as the "last good game in the series" and are totally nostalgia blind. They'd rather see FF in the same magic-charming-swords-sorcery setting every time. Ignore them.
