I don't understand all the hate - haven't been this psyched for a game in a while. Between this and Dishonored, it's shaping up to be a good year.
EA's a publisher. They do own some good studios. But EA's been nothing but a burden on all of them. I say, let EA burn, and let the good developers like DICE survive.
Am I the only one let down by this game? After giving us two fantastic, original titles with pretty gripping stories (well, Odin Sphere, anyway), they're going full fanservice with this installment...

If games like God of War and Prototype are geared towards 35-year-old white males, this country's in worse shape than I thought. .__.
Just because story is not a unique element of gaming doesn't mean it's disposable at large. Like I said, there will always be "toy" games which don't need a story to be fun, but thinking that the "toy" should be the model for the industry is one of the biggest mistakes we could ever make.
