Probably millions of dollars defending and getting this moved to federal court. While, OP is correct, it’s usually  legal battle to get jurisdictions moved from my understanding (granted it’s not an expert understanding). 

I was under the impression that this is exactly what 45 does. i.e. Calling people fatties while he himself is a fatty.

Please do direct me. I am open to new information. I am not an investment expert, just know from my personal experience with my own investments/401(k). I can see the fees and they are no where near 2/3's of my investment.
