3 TWC installs since I moved to NYC. Every single one was a 4 hour window and the TWC guys didn't show for any of them. Not even 3 hours late, just not at all. So naturally I call them to schedule a new appointment to be told the next one is 2-3 weeks later.

I agree. I think you misundestood my comment. I was saying that as a former smoker it's not that bad to go outside to smoke so current smokers should shut it and just wait until they can go outside.
