Not really, the only exclusives they showed worth talking about were Titanfall, which is coming to PC, and Dead Rising 3, which we all know will end up on other platforms eventually, in some Zombie Killin' Remix version. Capcom is only exclusive as long as the bag of money MS hands them requires them to be. The Halo

They could release the best video game of all time and I would still have to sit this one out because I can't support Microsoft's policies.

Sony cares more about getting the indie devs though. They're the reason Thomas Was Alone and Hotline Miami are coming to PSN. Hell, they're the reason the awesome Unfinished Swan even exists.

I don't give half a fuck about how many games they have if the games don't look interesting. The only one of Microsoft's exclusives which looked interesting was the Insomniac one... and that's not enough to make me overlook Microsoft's shitty anti-consumer practices.

"• Used Games: You heard? Sony has now said it's up to the publisher, just like X1.
(and first party games will be allowed to resell for X/PS , X is also thinking of allowing
you to sell back digital downloads) Sony kind of lied about this at first, its going to be exactly the same."

Here's a list of the games. I was surprised also but it does include games we already knew about. So I guess you can say Microsoft did in fact announce the most exclusives.

No. No they didn't. Do xboners really believe this? Aside from the obvious winner (Sony), Ubisoft's conference was better. Hell Nintendo's wasn't anything special and even that was better. Just because they announced Halo and a Halo rip off doesn't mean it was better.

I don't want to get or sound fanboyish... But what games? In my opinion, they had one of the worst showings because it was a lot of hype.

No, publishers can block the online components, not offline components. So if there is an offline mode for a game, it can't be blocked by publishers.

Careful people.

It's...really not as simple as "not buy it if you don't like it". Hell, I've been sticking with the 360 since I've got one.

I say go with what works. And, if the shoe fits, go ahead and wear it Cinderella.

Don't forget, though, Sony has cloud integration, too. Just not a required connection. If sometime down the line they put out a game that required a lot of server-side processing even for offline play, then i could see that game requiring a connection, since it needs the stream of data from the cloud processing in

Its as simple as a patch. This 24 hour check will not last long. They would have to hire a whole other country to provide enough customer service to deal with the shit storm of confusion and anger about this. It wouldnt be the first time a company has tried to do something stupid, retcon'd it, and had it forgotten.

Pretty much guaranteed day one hacking of the service just to prove a point.

Yep!

I feel like hackers will come along and disrupt the servers so no one can play, and then post online "See what happens when you make online connection a requirement?"

So true :)

Ok Microsoft, thanks for making it so easy for millions of your customers.

Get it folks? don't buy it, lets all just go to PS4 where we can play offline.

Let the mass exodus of 360 owners begin...!

I don't think the gryphon is going to flash its boobs at you.
