I think i’m a bit biased on the whole subject of modified STi’s....

Its literally a straight shot with 3-4 lanes. I’ve never had an issue keeping a car pointed down a road in the snow unless i wanted to go sideways.

They always say drive to the conditions, i’ve lived in the northeast my whole life. Snow is normal. I’m not a person to freak out when i see snow falling from the sky.

Obviously there is a braking threshold on snow before ABS kicks in or you just lock up because who needs ABS. My comment is more of appeasing the judge since he doesnt seem to have a firm grasp on the concept of driving in the snow.

Something i never would have thought of in the beginning. Both my cars do actually have upgraded brake components. Curious what the judge would have said after that.

I find this funny....since i think NY is a bigger nanny state. I’ve passed sheriff’s and Troopers on a lot of roads. They were maybe doing 50 while i was doing 70-75. Usually in +2in of snow.

I went from 2011-2013. ‘13 being the last year since my car decided to go for lightweight pistons and broke the ring lands on cylinder 2 and 4. Since rebuilding, i’ve gotten more tickets for court invitations than event tickets. lol

Come on up and go to WBM then. After 2hrs or so of walking around the main venue, another hr of watching autox, all that’s left is wondering the vast parking lot looking at mainly stage 2 WRX’s with massive amount of plastidip.....

That screeennnnn! If you’re patient enough, take a small flat head screwdriver and work the remaining glass off around the edges. I had a similar experience replacing my glass on my 2010 MBP. I threw in a 1tb hybrid HD and she runs great!
