I feel like the novelty will wear off quick once you start remembering all the basic forms a star system/planet/animal takes. Then there just mixing and matching pieces. “Infinite” variation does not mean it will all be unique and interesting.

Very much looking forward to the newest iteration of the Civ series, but knowing how Civ5 played out... I will wait until all the DLC’s and expansions are out before I buy it.
