Personally, I feel like they could’ve spent the resources they spent on the protagonist voice and dialogue on better script and dialogue for all the other characters and the world. The shit the protagonist says and they way he says it really is terrible.

One of the things FO2 still does better than another other FO to come out so far. The writing was seriously some grade a premium shit. The asshole perk changed almost all the dialogue you said and if you had 0 - 1 intelligence, you could only reply in grunts and unintelligible noises. Just thinking about it makes me…

I don’t think you need a recipe, you just need to have the right ingredients. Its called “Refreshing Beverage”. If you go into the crafting menu at the campfire/roasting spit you should be able to find what ingredients you need under “drinks”

Not to mention the best healing item in the game called Refreshing Soda (or drink I forget the last part) 500HP+cure all addiction and radiation instantly.

Except food gives you buffs (damage resistance, +1 to specials are two examples).

I think we are speaking specifically about the intro mission where you are given power armor and a minigun in the first 5 minutes of the game.

Personally I think this is the hardest FO (minus maybe FO2). One of the main reasons is the ghouls are so freakin fast and Perception does not help show people on your HUD.

One thing I noticed about the power armor in FO4 is the large legs/hips. Kinda reminds me of a kangaroo lol.

Except you can’t really use it after the first mission (tutorial) until later.

I think they did that on purpose, because that mission is basically a tutorial. Anyway, afterwards you don’t have enough energy in the fusion core or ammo to really use it again until later. Personally, I haven’t touched it since even though I have more than enough ammo and cores saved.
