Those "annoying Barbarians" as you put them are very useful for culture point farming when paired with the Honor default tree.

I am sure someone will create a mod for this scenario, just like how someone will surely create a Dune conversion mod to this scenario HINT HINT.

FO2 is so good though. If you can get past the dated graphics, the UI, and the controls the game is awesome. Its like finding a pile of gold but you gotta dig through a mound of crap to get at it.
