How do you know what they're buying? You do realize that they sell all sorts of groceries at Costco, like oatmeal, eggs, milk, peanut butter, etc? Shouldn't you want families in need of assistance eating to spend money on getting the most food possible for said money?

Luna looking dashing in her sunglasses.

That may be, but even a bigger deal in Iowa. Google has all the answers, and googling "Indiana Pork Tenderloins" nets 50000 some results, while "Iowa Pork Tenderloins" nets 70000. We should win!

Iowa should be either a Pork Tenderloin, or Prosciutto, as the home of La Quercia prosciutto, best in the country. Loose meat sandwiches are not particularly popular here.

Ron Swanson hypnotizes.

I was just thinking that same thing!

Ok, so quite a few of your complaints are addressed in an article that appeared in the local paper (The Des Moines Register) when this happened. First of all, IN ADDITION to the giving out money to the people who gave him money, he took all the money he collected ($363) ALONG WITH $1000 of his own money to Bethel

Also, if folks have never read "What's in Prince's Fridge," you need to. The man still has Dunkaroos.

Considering Taye Diggs guest-starred earlier this season, I'm not sure Taylor was ever in the running for Sexiest Musical Guest Star.

I know, I also loved seeing this post. As my user name suggests, I'm a librarian, and a couple years ago my now-husband was encouraging me to go out and get my doctorate in LIS, saying "I know you could do it!" My response was "Yeah, probably, but no." It had zero appeal. I have a job I like a lot, which does not

I know Zombie Burger alone might be a draw, but there are some other good reasons. The Art Center is great, and gets awesome Yelp reviews (though I know Yelp has its issues as well): http://www.yelp.com/biz/des-moines…. The downtown farmer's market is May-October, and there's plenty of biking trails in the area. Also

Utensils require, for sure. To be fair, it looks like this person decided to go with the triple patty option for the burger. The burger normally calls for mac and cheese, bacon, carmelized onions, a patty (vegetarian options available in addition to beef), and the fried mac and cheese bun.

I posted this down further, but if you want bacon on it, you need only head further west to Des Moines and Zombie Burger. Behold the Walking Ched.

Folks, this is old news. Zombie Burger in Des Moines has a burger similar to this, known as the Walking Ched. As you can see, not only is the "bread" made out of fried macaroni and cheese, but there is more mac AND bacon on the burger. They also serve spiked milkshakes. It is delicious, as you might have guessed.

A million seconds to Jhumpa Lahiri; her new novel just came out, and I am so pumped. "The Namesake" is excellent, go read it right now. I've also been enjoying Lisa See's novels these last few years, and I've heard excellent things about Hilary Mantel.

And it looks like the Facebook group that Reuters mentions by name, Way Stations of Love, that Facebook initially declined to shut down may have pulled. Not finding it when searching Facebook or Google.
