Is it a good idea to have the filters suck the hot air coming out of the intercooler core?? Nah, I thought not.
I would like to see how this car is "Street driven", as the seller claims, with drag radial tyres and a dragster suspension.
@marputer: Actually, it was 4,6 million kilometeres. Not that it makes it any less impressive. These cars were made to run forever
@Piloter: I see your awesome Auto Union dually, and I raise you a blurry, grainy 1928 Vauxhall Villiers Supercharge TT with duallies.
I would like to see the projected lifespan of the front wheel hub and bearings, differential, driveshafts and steering gear.
- Parking in a "No Parking" spot?? Check.
I think that the door rust and the panel dent should be the least of the buyer's concerns. In a 10 year and 90.000 mile old M BMW, there are other gremlins judt waiting to storm out (hint: they are hiding inside the engine and the transmission)
Just a couple or remarks here.
@MkV_GTI,would trade it for a LHD Altezza RS200: Of course, what I meant was that the R35 is overshadowed by the R34. My bad.
#7: "The Delta Integrale formed the basis for a Group B rally car..."
Am I a heretic for f*cking loving it, aftermarket black wheels and all??
@xcalibr: It might be an odd objection, but still, the engine bay is oddly clean. Actually, it is "recent massive parts replacement" grade clean. And I still find kind of hard to believe that the owner took the time to clean and polish every single wire, cable and vacuum pipe, no matter how much he cared for the car.
In my book, deliberately destroying cars for fun is just plain retarded-no matter how old, beat up worthless or POS these cars may be.
A 106.000 mile engine bay cannot (and should not) be that clean. Crack Pipe.
