Actually you seem even more naive. You are acting under the assumption that just because something can be used for ill it will be. So thus it should always been banned and that is one moronic way of doing things. It is a road that never leads to positive things.

It doesn’t but if Nintendo wants to play the fool and push something bad they can. I just won’t worship the ground they walk on for it like so many others.

Not going to lie the moment you invoke Feminist Frequency I close the article every time.

You can blame Sakamotos recent actions with the series combined with them trying to get Japan to love it. Japan will never love it and they need to accept that and develop it for the audiences that do love it. The EU and NA audiences.

They only one this generation because of Microsofts out of the gate screwups with the always online bullshit, etc. Had Microsoft not shot itself in the foot the X-Box One was a far better media server and more. So it had a real shot.

It was a shame hunters was reworked some to fix the schedule among other things. We could have gotten some backstory that actually made sense and expanded the universe in a way that made sense. Other badass bounty hunters.

It is better to have no game at all or for a series to be dormant. Then have a constant stream of meh to bad titles that poop all over their own legacy.

Dude no.. they can push it all they want but it was terrible. It barely sold okay if you want to call it that in Japan. Let it die the horrible death it deserves.

I refuse to get that clunky 3DS title. You can see my thoughts in my other posts here but no. Sakamoto is at the helm and it has the Lords of Shadow average people making it. The game looks clunky and full of quicktime like combat. A hard pass from me.

Are you a troll?

- I agree on Sakamoto. It is obvious just like with Inafune he is a mad that should never be given the reins of anything. He needs somebody looking over his shoulder and telling him that is a bad idea.

Well if he wants that then he needs a Metroid II remake that puts the AM2R to shame. Which it doesn’t look like he has that. A whole team working on that game and it looks clunky and boring.

Somebody did better research then the person who wrote the article.

That same logic is one of the things that helped hurt the WiiU so much. The catering to already established devices over having and pushing games out for the new system rapid fire.

Did you listen to the so called new score at all though? It sounded like the same old generic updates we’ve heard a thousand times to older Super Metroid music. There was literally nothing new or unexpected there. Just having a legendary composer on the payroll doesn’t mean you get the best.

AM2R looked like a polished gem with loads of new content. While this other official Metroid II remake looks clunky as all can get out. They sacrificed atmosphere so they could have a 2.5d aesthetic. That and many of the attacks and overall play seem to be linked into quicktime almost like events. You know one of the

Somebody has to call out those low standards.

I feel the same way to be honest. I really want it to be amazing and work out but it will probably just be a pain.

But the real question is what will they do that is new with all that new power of a core console unit? This is me excited but I will be standoffish. I need more then just another standard Pokemon RPG with updated graphics.

I think it looks fun though but I hope they did more then local co-op for his friends. All my friends live at a distance these days and I need online co-op laggy or not to play with them. If they offer that I’d sold.
