It was pretty racist. Had he said: I don’t think managing baseball is as challenging as managing football, that would have been fine. It’s a commentary on the differences between the two sports. What he said (paraphrased) was: “baseball is so simple even Dominicans can do well at it.” It’s racist and insulting.
