Oh man... I watched Jurassic Park for the first time in a long recently. Totally blows me away that it's almost 20 years old (!), and blows current movies out of the water... current movies that rely too much on CGI, and not enough on "real" things.

The 5D MkI pretty much makes the availability of full frame to those who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford it- AWESOME. For most intents and purposes- it's still a solid camera, it's not like the release of new model makes the old one stop taking pictures ;)
