I actually pictured Rutger Hauer as Rufus Scrimgeour.... then again Dumbledore is *not* Scottish in my mind either.

@LittleDragon: I also like the fact you KNOW he's evil, because he has angry eyebrows.
I love that there's a horse in the league of evil and that he has a horse shoe- that's a well sophisticated horse.
@drukus: Thanks- io9 AKA post comcast support group. I hope it becomes available on Hulu, hell after seeing those guys come to life full-motion I'd pay iTunes to watch them.
This is the one and only reason why I regret canceling my cable.
@DIOX-HOL-STER: I guess with all of those fatwas against his life he'd keep occupied.
@WookieLifeDay: I think it pretty much fits with his other books... well in a sorta magical realism sorta way, and less Scott Pilgrim.
@TheGreat&PowerfulTurtle: I prefer calling it "The Jesus Chainsaw Massacre"
@ZanipoloLebron: I think it had more to do with the kids- so could do 2 movie in a row without going from 10 to 20. They're usin' that "other" sequence for the books.
actually I was kinda surprised that they were making another one after the last stink-fest. To be fair I thought the 1st one was pretty snoozy.
@FrankN.Stein: FTW!
@Guicciardini: Well you do have to figure in that whole money thing. The Apollo Program was what, 10% of the gov budget? That would be unheard of today. On top of that, the space shuttles day job is that of a space truck transport, with the occasional moonlighting into "for sciences sake."
@NerD:blogOtaku: Yeah I didn't get why it came with orange plastic pants either.
@BullfightsOnAcid: You're... a video game cartridge. With a piece of coral on your face.
back in the day these weren't dime store costumes! I was a freakin' GoBot!... wait... poor mans Transformers... I guess it was a dime store costume.
The series wasn't originally written to be a BSG prequel. It's nothing like BSG at all, it's got its own thing going on, makes it all confusing to people who liked/didn't like BSG.
@Purple Umpteenth - Zombie Dolpharktopus: one does not simply add wind turbines to a building
@Sam: looks much better on a sunny day- which I believe there are 10 of in the UK.
I saw Star Tours as a kid- and it blew my world up, it was great. Saw it again when I was 30 just before the closed it... it just needed some minor updating and cleaning up, not the full-on-Greedo-shoots-first treatment.
@Jeb_Hoge: But I'm sure all of those chemical weapons we gave him when we sent this guy who also happened to be the guy that said he had WMD's. You- back in the 80's when they were our "friends."
