the thing is, in this case there doesn’t appear to be a ‘true ending’ yet. you have to wait till season 4 or some shit.

You either die a hero or live long enough to make DC's version of Marvel's Avengers.
What is hilarious to me is that you just described Marvels Avengers. That game had a fairly robust 3rd person combat system, really good dialogue and scripted scenes, and an enjoyable single-player campaign.
The Switch is a handheld. Almost EVERY handheld Nintendo produces sells Switch numbers, so it’s not an outlier or game changer. Nintendo has never pretended to put their handhelds in competition with home consoles and has never discussed their handhelds, or even the Switch, in those terms.
Where “console wars” are concerned, I often see people talk about the switch as if it’s some sort of supplement to an Xbox or a Playstation. Something to be purchased in addition to, not instead of, one of the other consoles.
I love paying $500 for nice hardware and then another price for an online sub to play games just so the company that makes the hardware and runs the service can then spam me with ads.
Because I already have to watch the ads the content creator puts in (which are the ads I’m fine with) and Youtube is making a lot of money off of all the data from every time I click. I fully accept that they’re scraping every tiny bit of data about my viewing habits, shopping habits, etc, and in return I expect to…
Was...this a myth? Does a single example of something disprove a general rule that Game Pass lowers overall sales which even Microsoft (and this article) acknowledges?
Came to say.
And this is purely anecdotal, but of my game playing friends, a pretty strong number of people who play Skyrim (and I’m making the leap to Starfield from being Bethesda RPG fans) don’t always buy a lot of other games - they get that one game and put hundreds of hours into it. Might not be heavy GamePass…
Pretty much this. It also doesn’t account for marketing. Maybe indie games get cannibalized harder than AAA games. We don’t know.
1 game selling well doesn’t prove anything. It needs to be consistent and it needs to not be widely available elsewhere. Let’s be honest, the Steam crowd isn’t going to jump ship to GamePass for 1 game.
I haven’t played the game, but I do remember everyone talking about it (I was a sprightly fortysomething back then), and more recently talking about how much the casting for the show resembled the game. So the moment I saw the daughter (another “I can’t believe she’s not American,” Nico Parker, Thandie Newton’s real l…
This review reminded me of the text-box you see on a lot of Wikipedia articles: “This section may be overly detailed.” Listing every beat of the episode’s plot one after the other gets tiring to read, and aside from saying that Bella Ramsey is “credibly American” I have almost no sense of whether the acting is good…
I guarantee this wouldn’t be the case if we didn’t have the console/chip shortages we have. It is better now and it seems like *fewer* people are struggling to find a PS5 but it’s still not where we were with prior consoles.
I know, but apparently people do be giving a shit. Even though it just makes him look like an old man yelling at the youths.
I’ll take the bait too and say who gives a shit what Martin Scorsese thinks of superhero movies anyway?
Yeah, it’s gonna be awesome.
Chris Pratt isn’t even short or a plumber or someone with a mustache, what the hell?
It’s been over a year now since launch. Astro’s Playroom is still my favorite PS5 exclusive, and no, it isn’t close. I fucking loved it. My only regret is that there isn’t more.
In addition to Astro’s Playroom and The Demon’s Souls remake, Returnal and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart are PS5 exclusives with no PS4 or PC ports at this time.
