The Jefferies article was wild. People have been complaining about the need for younger and more diverse people to join the Democratic leadership. And then when a young person of color was elected by a majority of the caucus to do just that it’s apparently a total betrayal.

What you wrote might be true, but “Beto” is younger so there.

I think most people’s complaint here deals a lot with her lack of developing successors, but it’s hard to take most people’s complaints seriously on here when they love Beto, hate Pelosi, praise Lee, and hate Jefferies.

Or Bernie Sanders, even though he’s in the Senate because nobody seems to want to read detailed bios on anything on the left anymore.

Funny how many people here hate Nancy Pelosi becuase they think she’s a conservative when in fact she’s a lot more liberal in her voting record than Splinter’s favorite senate candidate Beto O’Rourke.  In fact there’s only 26 members who would be considered more liberal.

She’s in the top 25% of progressives of her party. Stop acting like she’s a conservative Democrat. She’s not. She has a 94% lifetime rating for progressive issues.  You know who she ranks a lot higher than?  Beto O’Rourke, who was Splinter’s senate champion.

Much more common than bar fights are the exploits claimed by people (men) in that area. I worked for years watching drunks in bars, and for every bar fight I saw a hundred arguments/drunken shoving matches of no consequence.
