Isn't it a vicious circle though? Companies forge out an image based on super low prices by paying their employees a pittance, and as more and more people are paid a pittance, they're forced to shop at those places and perpetuate their business model. If everyone was paid a fair wage, more people could afford to shop

I agree. I refuse to shop at Walmart, or Gap/Old Navy, or any other stores that refuse to take responsibility for the conditions in which their merchandise is made.

It'll probably do nothing.

I'm sad the workers are having to go through this. But I'm glad that maybe videos like this can end.

Fuck I hate these stores, and all the others that build their whole business models on unrealistically low prices. Unfortunately it's so common these days that there aren't a tonne of stores left to shop at.

hell,he looks like a bug.

I've always believed that was the look of a man who couldn't remember he married an American but did remember he's Canadian.

I honestly kinda rolled by eyes at the title of this post but I'm really glad I watched the video. Old fashioned LOLs were had by all.

I will forgive Kanye for everything and anything because of this moment:

Yes, she was endearing.

I'm not a Gaga superfan but I have a soft spot for her. I thought she was adorable and willing to make fun of herself.

Oh, this is perfect. His Kanye impression is so good. WHen he called her a genius and she made that face I DIED.

Unfortunately I didn't even think of Thunderdome when I saw Alessandra Ambrosio, but Zardoz.

I recently tried them for the first time. I really liked waking up and having my eyes look defined, but I honest to god missed putting on mascara. It has become such a part of my routine that I felt weird not doing it.

Crying a little inside because now I must accept the fact that no matter which mascara I buy, my lashes will never look like the ones in the ads. I knew they had to be photoshopped but I still was a sucker for the ads. I am a mascara junkie. Just seeing a new ad makes me want to buy it and try it. My life's goal

I had my college writing student review a food they had never tried as a component of a writing assignment and one of them ate cat food.

That would be...somewhat less interesting. I mean it would be interesting, but maybe not in the same way? And by "in the same way" I mean "not likely to induce immediate and catastrophic vomiting." In conclusion: yes to absurd makeup projects, no to cat food even when thematically appropriate.

Fooking prawns!

I would be WAY more interested in that. LET'S DO IT OURSELVES.

A hilarious song about shaving, with an awesome collection of merkins.
