Ownership aside, for the amount of money that you would spend on any three or four given titles it is cheaper to subscribe to Comixology.

Handmaid’s Tale much?
That Amazon deal sucks ass. You can on occasion get most of those films in 4K on the Apple TV for under $9.

There are four adults and a toddler in the house. It was a challenge to make sure that the doors were secure. Sometimes people would even forget their keys. Since I am in a two story house it is super convenient to either tell the Echo to lock the doors or to check the Wink app to make sure that the doors are secure.…
My smart locks work really well. In fact my home is safer because I set the locks to auto lock behind me. I have had zero issues over the last eight months.
I have two smart deadbolt locks that are coupled with a Wink and Amazon Echo. I have had them in place for about eight months and they are awesome! I even installed on on my elderly parents home. They are totally ready for prime time.
I currently own a Nissan Leaf. The range started at about 96 miles and over the last four years the battery went down to about 80 miles maximum range. Realistically we get about 60 miles with the navigation system and air turned on. This barely gets us over the San Francisco Bay Bridge and into Oakland and back home…
Redwood City is far outside the San Francisco city limits.
All five of my Echo dots and Echo answer to Computer. It was the primary reason to go with the Echo to begin with.
I ride in the Bay Area and all I can say is great job CHP!
First rule of IT: Leave the problem alone long enough and it will likely fix itself.
“Crown Prince of Crime” That should be Clown Prince of Crime.
You can’t live on that amount in the bay area.
What you are saying is that financial inequality is okay. No it isn’t.
This equates to about three years.
You are absolutely correct about the range. After about five years the battery is going to need to be replaced at a cost of $5000. I bought out the lease on my Leaf and I am wishing I hadn’t done that. Hills do kill the range but going down hills puts that energy back into the battery.
A 50 mile range doesn’t translate to 50 actual miles. It just means that if you drive at a modest rate with no serious accelerations you will most likely get 50 miles. That range will also drop to 40 miles within about 3 years. A gas powered 500cc bike is about half the price.
Yeah but even $17 to $20 in the Bay Area is impossible to live on. That sort of money would be fine for Detroit or just about anyplace else in the country.
Tesla’s problem is that they are operating in a high cost region. The wages they are reported to be paying isn’t enough for anybody to really make a living.
