It was more complex than it is now. I’d rather have a Fallout rpg with shooting elements than a Fallout shooter with RPG elements. You know, like it used to be like.

Fair enough. I’m just being a worry wart because Fallout as a series means a lot to me personally. Guess I’ll just have to wait and find out on Tuesday how the game feels.

Maybe. It would certainly explain why they aren’t commonly available as images. Tho one would think also the PC DVD image would be uploaded. Or perhaps it’s the new trendy shenanigans of only including a Steam redemption key in the case and no actual disc.

I feel ya. I have a feeling the game is even more casualized/dumbed down like Skyrim was. And the map sounds it is like the size of New Vegas. Sigh. Normally I wouldn’t care as much, but now we are supposedly building our own outposts and I fear there will simply not be plenty of space enough to do this properly.

Well considering that winter only starts in late December, I don’t find it that surprising. Last time I recall there consistently being snow in late November was in the nineties and those were exceptional years.

Oddly, in FO4, you have less SPECIAL points to start with than in FO3 and NV. You can’t even get all stats to 5 I think. Makes me wonder if the game includes lots of opportunities to increase your SPECIAL stats especially considering how the perk system is supposedly replacing the skill system.

I don’t know where you live, but in Lahti there has been enough snow for our hearts content. Maybe if you went out more you’d see the snow? ;)

Why on earth did they change their sticks to be similar to Dualshock 2/3 when the original Xbox One sticks have superior grip? Heck, that’s why I changed my DS4 sticks for Xbone ones. Is it faster to maneuver your fingers to the sticks or something?
