Something that gets glossed over a lot, just because the contract says something doesn’t mean it’s legally binding. Contracts are very often full of junk that isn’t the least bit legally binding and it heavily depends what jurisdiction your in, but until you go to court over it none of that technically matters.

Quite, seeing how different both games are it just strikes me as insane that they decided that the non-compete agreement covered this.
