A long lens is good, but just as important is your aperture. And when shooting cars, anything lower than say f/4 means the back half of the car will start to fall out of focus. So do pay attention to not just the blur of the background but also the entire car being sharp through your image.

These are nice, and if I were in the market, I’d probably grab them, but I feel the same about these as I do the rest of BMWs CF offerings.

I have no problem with these, I think they look good in an odd sort of way. But it does beg the question of why you would chose one over say, a 350Z coming off lease at the time. Also, long live 90s Mitsu.
