OHMYGOD, INAFUNE-SAN IS TALKING TO ME.
I just want to say Megaman 7-X5 gave me some of the best video game memories I have. X-4 in particular is my all-time favorite, and a high(and low, very sad:[) in the MegamanX storyline. You're not only a great artist, but one of the people in the industry who most knows how to

Inafune san, Im curious to know if you have any intentions of also doing a spiritual successor to the mega man legends series, I was looking forward to mgl 3 and would love to see a return to form in some way.

Pleeeeease make the wii u version have something that makes use of the gamepad. Maybe something to ease the switching between powers.

Question:
I love Mega Man X, yet not the biggest fan of Mega Man.
Do you see MN9 following more of fun platformer / challenging boss format. Or challenging stage and challenging boss?
Or do you see MN9 a step above MMX, like MMX was a step above MM?
Good luck on the development.

For level graphical and color design, do you have particular "rules" that you stick to, like, in Megaman X2, when the level is indoor, I noticed that the far background is always darker. As for outdoor levels, usually the far background is lighter and desaturated. Also, they often have less details than the elements

2 Questions:

While it's entirely premature to be thinking in terms of sequels, do you see Mighty No. 9 becoming a foundation for future games featuring Beck? Or is this more of a chance to try everything you couldn't at Capcom before creating new games outside the classic platformer model?

What similarities will there be to the Megaman series in terms of gameplay?
